Summary
Fifteen years after the sequencing of the first single-cell transcriptome, scRNA-seq is no longer a novelty, but slowly becoming a standard technique for the characterisation of cellular heterogeneity. However, perhaps surprisingly, there is still no standardised protocol for analysing scRNA-seq data. In this talk, I will address some common problems that plague many of us and share how I usually deal with them.
