Summary
eDNA Metabarcoding is a relatively new method for revealing community structure in terrestrial ecosystems. In this study, we analyzed arthropods in the canopy of twelve tree species. We compared communities on native and non-native trees, as the plantation of non-native trees is currently an important topic for forestry management in many parts of Central Europe due to climate change.
